To take on the spirit of The International Day of Charity on the 5th of September, IQPC London clubbed together to support our local community and collected donations for The Passage. The Passage run London’s largest voluntary sector resource centre for homeless and vulnerable people, helping up to 200 men and women each day.

Passage 2

The Passage do some amazing work to help individuals address the issues that have contributed to them being, or are keeping them homeless, and to enable them to move on to live safe, happy and fulfilling lives. With dedicated and skilled support workers, The Passage can help with not only the current situation but also long standing issues such as substance misuse and mental health issues. The work they do is life changing.

With Westminster seeing its highest rates of rough sleeping last year and with homelessness in London increasing 18% on the previous year, sadly marking a consecutive 7-year rise in rough-sleeping in the UK, it is more important than ever we support those in need around us and give back.

So to help The Passage continue their hard work, IQPC collected and donated useful items that could make all the difference to those in need, such as shoes, sleeping bags, toiletries, bags and food. The van is loaded and the donations are off to great cause!

Passage 1

A huge thank you to all of the team for all the items collected across the business and of course, the IQPC Charity Committee for organizing this. Please take some time today to check out The Passage website: http://passage.org.uk/ and see how you could also get involved.
