What do you do at IQPC Exchange?
I work in the Delegate Acquisition Division. I am in charge of identifying and recruiting Delegates for our events.
What is a normal day like for you?
I start the day off by putting together the leads that I plan on calling for the day. Then I make calls throughout the day. Also, I research companies that would be a good fit for the Exchange and reach out to them through email and LinkedIn.
What do you like most about IQPC Exchange?
The people are great. It really is a family environment. Everyone works as a team to ensure that an Exchange goes on without a hitch.
What was your reaction when you first found out you won the employee of the quarter award?
I was honoured. I was put in a position to succeed by the people around me. From my team lead and senior management team to my team members, everyone contributed to helping me learn and grow so I can receive the award.
How has IQPC Exchange helped you in your career development?
IQPC Exchange is helping my career by developing a solid foundation in sales. These skills help me succeed here at IQPC as well as translate to skills that I can utilize down the road.
