At IQPC we have phase training plans in place as well as career path documents that are designed to equip people with the skills that will accelerate career progression in our company.
The Sales Development Programme is an intense 3 month training programme which we run every quarter. There are classroom style theory sessions on every aspect of selling, as well as a number of practical based assessments. After completing the programme candidates move in to a sponsorship sales manager role. This really is a fast track scheme – we’re proud to be the only conference company running a training programme like this.
The Management Development Programme
Drawing on a combination of face-to face, plus interactive coaching sessions, this course is designed to cover the basic skills essential for any manager regardless of discipline. There are monthly sessions which are led by a combination of IQPC UK/Global Senior Management and some of the best external trainers we can find. This programme has been designed to provide employees with support and inspiration as they transition in to management roles.
