Sales people are at the heart of our organization and our Inbound Telemarketing / Enquiry Conversion Sales Team is fast-paced and results orientated with a strong commitment to customer service delivery.

A major revenue generator for the business, these elite teams are responsible for responding to direct customer enquiries and following up on leads generated through our event marketing campaigns.

Unlike many sales roles success is determined not just by personal targets but by speed of response and customer satisfaction, hence only by working collectively can you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer enquiries with a focus on defining the value of attending our leading B2B events
  • Develop and grow a strong comprehension of professional sales skills including value based selling and objection handling
  • Retain a balance between sales and excellent customer service to grow relationship and enhance our corporate reputation
  • Attend some of your events to ensure smooth running onsite and improve customer service through face to face interaction

The ideal candidate for this job will be / have

  • A graduate with not less than a 2.1 degree
  • Some commercial / sales experience
  • A desire to build a career in sales and service delivery
  • A customer focused approach and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard-working and independent but with a strong team approach
  • Intelligent, sharp and logical
  • Tenacious, articulate and confident in engaging at director level
  • Professional, eager and open to learn our own unique telemarketing process

Past sales or customer service experience is advantageous but full training is provided and there are great opportunities and recognition for those that excel in our dynamic and incentive based culture.
