There are all sorts of different jobs inside IQPC, but broadly speaking, the roles can be organised into four categories: production, marketing, delegate sales and sponsorship sales.

PRODUCTION:

Our conferences are our products – our lifeblood. They are highly relevant and tailored specifically for our different target audiences. Our producers are the brains behind the conferences.

Producers are responsible for researching and developing ideas for new conferences. Our producers are experts in their industries and regularly engage with business leaders to develop the highest quality products. Producers bring conference topics to life by developing the programme, inviting the most appropriate speakers, working with Delegate and Sponsorship Sales, and project managing the whole process from start to finish.

We reward talented staff and provide ongoing training for all of our producers as they progress to Senior Producer, and then on to Event Directors, Team Leaders and Managing Directors. Our profit sharing model also gives you access to unlimited earning potential. To be a successful producer you need to be highly entrepreneurial and commercially minded.
